Order Processing

  • We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. This excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive another notification.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

  • We're happy to ship internationally! Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Lost Packages

  • If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We'll investigate lost packages using the provided tracking number. Refunds will only be processed if the tracking confirms the package is lost.
  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We're not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
